There are platform where you can invest and they trade your money. Then pay you profit either weekly or monthly. That's investing.

Investing in stocks is a good idea, a good trading system would put you through many days of success.

Interesting. I have a lump sum doing absolutely nothing at all in my bank account, I wanna get something started with it. You seem to be doing excellent for yourself, how do you achieve this?

@Jameson Lincoln Am trading with expert Frank donald, a regulated broker in the US. Met him sometime early last year at a startup funding event. He had some interesting things to say about the state of algorithmic trading today.very obviously I'm seeing the results.

Can't imagine 3rd shift. Have worked second shift for 30+ years and rarely wake to an alarm clock.

I'm not sure how you make an entire video about how to get sleep during the day without addressing sound. Yes, light is important, because the rays from the Sun tell our bodies that it's time to wake up --- which is why everyone who works a graveyard shift should avoid it as much as possible when sleeping. However, what are you going to do about those noisy nieghbors making all kinds of commotion with their lawn equipment or holding parties in the floor above you? Besides blocking off almost all light coming into my room (by putting a retractable shade over my window), I have also found earplugs that fit my ear quite well (so they don't hurt like crazy when I wake up in the morning), and I even use Vaseline to keep ears lubricated (you don't want dry ear canals) and I soften the earplugs using a blowdryer. And in places where darkening the room is not an option, a sleep mask is extremely handy as well. Now I can sleep at just about any time of the day that I want --- as long as I'm tired. 😅

Wow!! Thank you! I literally just learned that having my headphones on (over the ear), even with no music or sound, helps muffle the sound my family is making while I sleep. Then today darkened the room even more than it already was, and my husband chose the sound of rain and thunder for me to listen to. (We live in AZ where it rarely storms, so I love when it does!!) I did have a nightmare, but that's not too out of the ordinary... But I think it really helped! 6 of us live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Thankfully we're upstairs! But the kids often have to come into the room for their clothes or the restroom. It's not been the easiest adjustment. But!! Being home during the day has been such a blessing! If they need me for a field trip during the day, I can sleep in the evening! If they have a game or concert in the evening, I can sleep when I come home in the morning! It really was the answer to the problem I didn't realize I had!

I just use the Bose Sleepbuds. I got them when I worked first shift because there's a train that still runs throughout the night where I live and I'm a very light sleeper. Sleepbuds are basically earplugs that play white noise in your ear and are perfect for daytime sleepers. They are the only thing that help me with sound.

3 hours is no longer a “nap”. I rarely sleep more than that on any given day. I'd probably be suited for shiftwork. Thank God I don't have to do it though. Many thanks to those who do so that all the daytime people can have their online orders in 30 minutes or less and stocked store shelves to peruse on their lunch break. Never really understood why some stores set their open hours the same as when everyone's at work. I'm especially looking at you, Dry-Cleanerses. 🤨
