Sorry to say your gas price is way off for Phoenix as of 9-4-23 it’s now $475.9 at Costco. And the metro area just outside of Phoenix is higher! To the gentleman asking about Prescott I’m absolutely positive UT is cheaper than Prescott. I feel (we are looking at retirement soon) Kingman AZ is the best deal in cost of living! The housing prices are all over the place in Kingman (less then $299 to $500 for a 1750 to 2200 sq ft, many with 3 car garage’s and large lots). It’s warmer than Prescott but it’s still at 3,300 feet in elevation so just a little cooler than Saint George.
I live 43 miles south of Seattle. How about including Seattle in your next video. We were in The area in June to look over places to retire. Gas is 4.69 here by the way.
Would love to hear comparisons to Prescott AZ..! COLiving and CRIME stats also. Were serious about retiring in Prescott, but found better conditions in UT, was considering St Charles but the heat has us thinking more to the north, cooler there in Cedar City. (Still not liking the snow prospect there though)😊
