150克 长豆
150克 羊角豆
100克 去皮的虾
45克 亚叁果肉
1/2杯 水
1条 辣椒
2汤匙 普通面粉
3汤匙 油
2汤匙 蒜末
调味料；
4 满汤匙 叁峇辣椒
1汤匙 鱼露
1汤匙 生抽
1汤匙 糖
少许 胡椒粉
1/2茶匙 玉米淀粉
1/2 茶匙 盐 (调整口味)

Ingredients;
170 grams of stincky beans
An eggplant weighs about 280 g
150 g of long beans
150 g of lady fingers
100 g of peeled prawns
45 g of tamarind pulp
1/2 cup of water
1 pc if chilli
2 tbsp of plain flour
3 tbsp of oil
2 tbsp of minced garlic
Seasonings
4 full tbsp of sambal chili
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1 tbsp of light soy sauce
1 tbsp of sugar
A dash of ground pepper
1/2 tsp of cornstarch
1/2 tsp of salt (adjust to taste)
