- 这两道菜是家常菜也是每个家庭时常都会炒的菜, 怎麼炒才會色澤翠綠
虾米冬粉炒包菜
材料:A Ingredients :A
适量的包菜 - Proper Amount of cabbage
少许红萝卜 - some of carrot
少许辣椒丝 - dash of Chili shreds
少许 葱 - dash of green onion
少许 生姜 - dash of ginger
适量 冬粉 - Proper Amount of bean thread noodle
15 ½ 茶匙 蚝油 - ½ tsp oyster sauce
半茶匙酱油 - ½ tsp soy sauce
少许 胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
少许盐 - dash of salt
3汤匙水 - 3 tbsp water
少许虾米 - dash of dried shrimp
少许豆瓣酱 - dash of Bean Sauce (Taucu)
1 汤匙 蒜米 - 1 tbsp garlic
少许 陈醋 dash of mature vinegar
少许糖 - dash of sugar
菜脯炒长豆
材料:A Ingredients :A
适量 长豆 - Proper Amount of carob
少许 酱油 dash of soy sauce
少许 蚝油 dash of oyster sauce
半碗油 - ½ bowl of oil
1 汤匙 蒜米 - 1 tbsp garlic
少许 生姜 - dash of ginger
3 汤匙 菜脯 - 3 tbsp Preserved radish
少许酱油 - dash of soy sauce
少许 蚝油 - dash of oyster sauce
半茶匙 薯粉(勾芡) - ½ tsp tapioca flour (for Thickening)
少许糖 - dash of sugar
一条 红辣椒 - 1 red chili
