材料：1把豆角、1把羊角豆、2个茄子、1把臭豆、7瓣蒜、20克虾米、3勺cili boh、半勺belacan粉、1茶勺盐、2勺白糖
1）把豆角切段，羊角豆切丝，茄子切块
2）热锅热油，把豆角、羊角豆臭豆&茄子过油捞出
3）锅留底油，爆香蒜&虾米加入3勺cili boh，半勺belacan粉翻炒至变色
4）加1茶勺盐、2勺白糖炒均匀
5）倒入蔬菜快速翻炒均匀即可❤️

Ingredients: 1 bunch of long beans, 1 bunch of lady fingers, 2 eggplants, 1 bunch of bitter beans, 7 cloves of garlic, 20 grams of dried shrimp, 3 spoon of cili boh, half spoon of belacan powder, 1 teaspoon of salt, 2 spoon of white sugar
1) Cut the long beans into sections, shred the lady fingers, and cut the eggplant into pieces
2) Heat the oil in a hot pan, put the long beans, lady fingers, bitter beans & eggplant fry it
3) left some oil in pan, sauté the garlic & dried shrimp, add 3 spoon of cili boh, half spoon of belacan powder and stir fry until the color changes
