I can confirm that this is possible having just done it. There is a door panel clip near the top corner. Once this has been popped you can snap the plastic cover off. It is a bit awkward and there is probably more risk of damage but very quick. The bottom wing mirror bolt is also a bit harder to access with the door panel on but it's possible.
Thanks, but how can this be done. I mean on the video you dont have door panel and then it goes. But how can you do step2 (pull of the window guide) when that bit is wedged deeply behind door panel?

Pull it out on top first, then slide it out at the front
