    molto interessante sapere che si eseguono serie con molte ripetizioni, che raramente si vedono informazioni in un esempio così specifico su quante ripetizioni fare, con quante serie e pause, è un buon esempio di quanto lontano puoi arrivare e non il tipico 4x15.....saluti dal México

    If you wanna killer calf exercise stand on one foot and just slightly lift the heel off the ground putting your weight onto your toes then twist side to side shifting the weight to different toes and activating all the different muscles of the calf and shins. Just a minute or two should have the whole lower leg burning!

    Are bulgarian split squat better than pistol squat? Or are they equivalent?

      Pistol more important than the bulgarian split squat in my opinion, BUT I do get a better muscle pump with bulgarian split squat (probably because I can do way more reps with less rest between sets)

      Non bisogna pensare al risultato finale, bisogna intraprendere il viaggio e godersi ogni passo, giorno dopo giorno è quello che faccio da 10 anni.
      Ci saranno sicuramente periodi difficili, ma se stai nel momento presente gli anni passano e i progressi arrivano.
      P.S. Far sembrare facile una cosa non vuol dire che lo sia 🤣 ti assicuro che anche i più esperti fanno fatica

Io amo allenarmi aldilà dei risultati che raggiungerò. Il mio era un commento di stima nei tuoi confronti e nei confronti di tutti quelli che dedicano anima e corpo nella propria passione
