    8:49 seems like you're exausted man, not sure how to go about this but maybe put out a video sharing more in depth of what you're going through at the moment (unless it's very personal), that would help us understand better and maybe give you some ideas for the future?       @@baki1972 I'm currently working on the Ultimate Strength 8 weeks program with exercises like Bench Press, Squats, Deadlifts + complementary exercises like push ups on rings, pull ups etc.
      It's very similar to the type of training I'm currently doing 1 per week, but the program will includes 3 different sessions per week.
      After the Ultimate Strength program I'll probably do a similar one with weighted Calisthenics exercises only.
      I will announce everything on Instagram Stories @larosa_sw

    I liked the first exercise and also the fact You gave importance to an often overlooked aspect When choosing exercises: because its fun. Its very surprising to me that You use incline push ups in your workout though.

    You say you're training a lot, and that your body is not fully recovering properly between the sessions. Are you expecting that to change, and your body will begin recovering doing the same amount of training?
    Or, why don't you just slow down on the training to allow yourself to recover fully?
    I may have missed something, as I cannot speak Italian and can only read the captions. If you can't understand what I'm asking, then don't worry about answering. Was just curious about what exactly is going on with that! :)

    Azz gonfissimo (in senso buono) ormai fisico da bodybuilder avanzato...non penso proprio che questi esercizietti a corpo libero siano il tuo allemento principale, li fai giusto come intrattenimento per il canale youtube,se no saresti 1/3 di adesso fisicamente😅 dovresti specificarlo che poi la gente pensa di arrviare ad un fisico del genere
