      секретов в программах нет. когда вы будете делать по 200 подтягиваний и 200 отжиманий на брусьях за 1,5 часа тренировки. 3 раза в неделю.
      тело будет не хуже этих ребят, а может и лучше😁

      @Alex Born я пока к 1ой сотне повторений подбираюсь. Видимо Андрей Смаев как раз из этого 0.1%
      или просто людям лень убиваться на тренях. сделал 4 по 10 и домой. а 20 по 10 уже кишка тонка.

      @Alex Born думаю что кто нибудь и поболе него жрал фарму и не достиг его результатов. по крайней мере в это лето его выгнали из зала и на турниках он прибавил еще пару см с своим весом.
      во мне 90кг 183см. думаю надо пахать, жрать то меньше не хочется. надоест турник есть штанга 😉

    He has a very good body at 44 years, and only with bodyweight basics one more proof that You can build a great body and be healthy with just your bodyweight

      Also his body/skin looks old.
      Im the same age and my body looks much younger and my face too.

    calisthenics is my next goal after building muscles and doing bodybuilding. thanks for showing me that the body can get strong enough to carry itself.

    I've weight trained for over four and a half decades and have always been strong in the gym, but this is a different kind of strong right here. I suspect these guys joints are extremely strong. This is the type of body strength wrestlers and gymnasts have. My joints have paid a price over the years, but I'm able to work with it through diet, hydration and supplementation. Much respect to these men. Amazing strength, athleticism and physiques. I'd kill for abs like this.

      I'm not sure this type of bodyweight exercise is any healthier for joints. A lot of gymnasts have joint issues at a fairly young age.
      If you're careful and patient you can avoid joint stress with most type exercise though. If it hurts, stop doing it. Sounds obvious but also too easy to ignore.

    The older of these two has a very impressive physique for his age. If you look at retired professional bodybuilders when they reach middle age, they often look like crap - torn muscles, loose skin (because their muscles shrink after they stop using PEDs), and ongoing injuries which affect their mobility and limits what exercises they can do.

      I totally and wholeheartedly agree with every single word you stated. May I add to that very on point observation, that bodybuilding as we know it today, is clearly not about real world health quality. It is an industry geared towards promoting an unrealistic expectation that can only reach those expectations by enlisting the aid of chemical engineering. While bodybuilders train hard and diet etc…. The amount of gear that they intake is absolutely insane and very dangerous or their health overall. Over time their joints, cartilage. Ligaments and internal organs have taken a serious beating and out of 10, you MAY have 2 who look respectable while retired. The rest? Walking disaster zones.

    Tanto rispetto per lui che in un età non più giovanissima è in forme smagliante,conosco un po' di persone però che hanno avuto la costanza negli anni e anche dopo i 40-50 o addirittura 60 sono in una forma invidiabile anche per chi è molto più giovane. 44 anni non è un età così avanzata poi a mio parere, sicuramente con tanta dedizione e passione si può arrivare a essere anche migliori nel tempo 💪

    Flojos de piernas! Desproporción entre torso y tren inferior, no creo que eso esté bueno, desde un aspecto funcional, seguramente no, desde el aspecto estético tampoco. No deja de ser asombroso lo que han logrado hacer.

    I did calisthenics all through Covid for a year. I still havent put the size back on my legs. I ran up hills and through mountains. My stamina became excellent and can jump rope for 15 three minte rounds, but legs got small. Even doing 100 body squats and 3-4 sets of 35.

      Get a Sandbag and/or a kettlebell to train legsvwith. I put on size using both those tools.

      You should do weighted squats of any sort. Body squats won't cut it.

      You can build amazing legs.
      Doing bodyweight squats wont cut it you need to do unilateral squats and lunges with some sissy squats and hamstring curls with rings from time to time.

    при весе 60кг отжимаюсь на брусьях с доп весом 80 кг на 3 повтора На бицепс в скамье скотта делаю 120кг на раз

    Hello everyone, just came across this video, I'm hugely inspired by what I've seen, but I've never tried calisthenics, can anyone recommend a beginner's routine/tutorial/videos- please-
    What these guys are doing looks a bit advanced, I wouldn't be able to do it, no way🤭.
    I would really appreciate your recommendations guys.
