I have high porosity hair and once I got my protein treatment right my hair is rarely dry. Because I thought my hair hated protein when really I wasn't using a product that was compatible with my hair. Now I rarely worry about dryness due to a lack of protein. I do like alternating protein treatments and henna treatments. Great information
@@ChameleonOne ApHogee 2 step was the first to work well and currently I use Green Beauty hydrolyzed protein. It's great because I can add it to my moisturizing conditioner and my hair comes out perfect every time without all the extra steps. I know when I need a protein treatment because my curl pattern just looks a little limp. Good luck
@@ChameleonOne so I have a calendar reminder for every 6 weeks but I don't do it unless I need it. Which at this point I'm averaging about 8 weeks. And yes I am a lazy natural and one step everything 😂

I'm late to this challenge, I'm anemic among other medical issues but I've I've used your recipes for the teas, to strengthen my hair, cassia & henna can be mixed together? I need the strength bc my hair is very weak, I'm low porosity, thank you very much for your channel & God bless you & your families.
@@godschild9643 my dear don't care what I put after it does be still dry and ruff, so I guess henna is not for my hair cause the other herbs don't give me that problem.
@@wiser0185 Same. I can add Henna to a herbal oil and no problem. However, my hair does not like Henna Teas at all. I think adding aloe juice would help though...

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, but my hair is allergic to henna which makes it dry and better but I have a thyroid problem with Hashimoto.
Peace! Do you have videos on rebuilding edges? I had long cornrows that snatched them 😭
Is there a link for the aloe? I have everything else but not sure which aloe juice to use 🤔
You use the 9 herb henna have you used it for oil?
