You said you use these herbs.well we need to know how to mix them and use other hair,well I use hibiscus flower as a tea rinse on my hair after deep condition and leave it in and massage the hair and let the hair dry it leave the hair soft and shinny.❤
I bought ashwghanda in chewable for last year, stopped using it because it felt like it was making me depressed more but recently just found out that one of my meds was making me depressed and was thinking about trying the ashwghanda again

I’ve never heard of the chewable ones. It’s a great herb but definitely test out what works for you!
