Really underrated piece of design in this game: really appreciate that all of the stations are just long enough that, as long as you managed your meter correctly and got Super Uber off the last jump of the previous track, you'll always have enough boost to make it through. Shows that there was a lot of thought put into how the all peak race would go. Oh yeah, great run, too.
YEAH BABYYYY I’ve been waiting for people to start running this category forever! I love seeing the huge glitches as much as anybody else but nothing will ever top a good clean run for me, playing by the rules but pushing them to their absolute limits gg on the initial time, looking forward to seeing this get pushed even further!
Thank you so much for posting! Been playing way more SSX 3 on dolphin. Played the hell out of it when I was younger and now am coming back to the game, getting platinum medals and working on speed for the sake of good fun :) You’re an inspiration dawg thank you for the fresh SOURCE 🔥🔥
It's probably because it's so difficult to get clean all peak run by itself.. one screw up in the wrong spot, and the run is no longer "clean". It would be too tilting to restart the 20 min run for every minor mistake made, so it makes more sense that people defaulted to competing in NMG for all peak runs. But somehow this run is done clean and pretty flawlessly lmao
@@ssx3godlevelrunner Yup. I could never get used to the feeling and get a clean run through the Peak 3 courses. The icy terrain and crevices were so annoying. 😂
This game has to be hall of fame level! One of the best games of all time, at the very least in its genre. The gamplay feel is so smooth and intuitive. Even 21 years later it feels smoother than even a lot of modern games. 5:45 was insane Kele, catching that rail gave you so much speed out of that section.
If you say that metro city run is terryfing im actual scared of what to expect from you in the next runs 😰. This run was fantastic too be honest (rip blue station)
Amazing run. How do you have multiple head accesories on your character? Any time I try to equip the headphones with other stuff like goggles it doesn't work.
@Lkymn watch the bar labeled "2" on the right. there's a strange "accessory weight" mechanic that will prevent you from stacking too many things at once. if the bar turns red, there's too much "weight", and you need to remove some accessories (turntable, disc player, etc) to make room for the goggles + headphones. some accessories simply clash with one another so that adding one will replace the other. even so, goggles/headphones shouldn't do that. I've never really known what purpose it serves to limit the accessories like that, and it's not clear what it is that adds to weight or where the limit is. it also never seems to dip below "half-full," so it's even more confusing.
what was your biggest mistakes for this run? and what do you think is the hardest part? To me this looks absolutely perfect. I can`t wrap my head around how you can stay good for so long.
Intimidator spiral skip at 11:52 - it was really shaky and slow, the movement flub at 13:23 cost quite a bit, and Blue Station skip at 16:20 had a bad outcome where I got stuck for a couple seconds hardest parts I think are Intimidator and the middle section of Metro City, but Gravitude can cause a lot of trouble too
under super uber it's almost always for style. there are some cases here and there where certain rail ubers are important to use, like in Blue and Green Stations. of course, there are alternatives to what I do that don't require any tricks, I just use what I know best.
Galaxy board. Should be unlocked at basically any point in Conquer the Mountain, but to be sure that you got it you'd need to check the lodges' "Boards" section. Each Peak has its own shop, so check all three
get on rail 1, and balance yourself with a bias towards the left - aim "left of center". it might take some time to learn how far you can lean over (or how close to "center" you can be), but there's a fairly generous range that makes rail 2 happen automatically. once you get on rail 2, you can just hold right. make sure this switch to holding right starts AFTER you mount rail 2, since going too early will affect your alignment on rail 2, which will mess up the transition to rail 3. good luck, and feel free to reply here again if you still run into issues!
the game halts for just a split second. it's just an emulator issue never knew (or more likely, watched it when it was new and forgot) about otakung's clean APR though

I really like clean runs. Looking forward to this category's potential. Great job!

Surprised All Peak clean wasn't already a category

Clean All Peak Races are so satisfying to watch. Nice one Kele
Just getting down the all peak race cleanly without any off limits or auto-select warps would be impressive in itself lmao

11:02 that combo is so good, for me that part is hard
Nice ride Kelecat. i still love to see vids from ssx3.
Can't wait for the time you beat this
i can't wait either! i've been trying on and off ever since i got this one... all peak race clean is really freaking hard to do fast i guess..
11:16 leading to the tunnel is my fav part
Well done!
All killer, No filler
Pog
Amazing run.

@@kelecat7094 That is really weird.
Thanks for the info!

@@kelecat7094 oh yeah that stone at 420 was a couple seconds true.
Metro city can be hard, especially how fast you are going :p
How did you get the sound so crisp? Sick run
Yo great videos. Is there a reason to do tricks while in super Uber or just your style?
under super uber it's almost always for style. there are some cases here and there where certain rail ubers are important to use, like in Blue and Green Stations. of course, there are alternatives to what I do that don't require any tricks, I just use what I know best.
Don't know why I find the tiny jump and rotating right as you land, rotating around while you speed up on flat surfaces funny 😂😂
It's too bad we can't watch the replay on these Peak Races 😅😅
How’d you get that board?
Galaxy board. Should be unlocked at basically any point in Conquer the Mountain, but to be sure that you got it you'd need to check the lodges' "Boards" section. Each Peak has its own shop, so check all three
how do you do the rail section at 3:44? i fly off way too often and i'm not sure why

not 100% consistent but i'm doing so much better at it now. thank you!
What do you mean stutters?
Also, Otakung has a clean all peak race here
