- This quick morning yoga was designed as a fiery, intense, full body flow that shows us if we can get a few minutes in, as a morning yoga workout, can still benefit greatly! This 15 minute morning yoga is also a fun and safe practice that helps gain strength, become more flexible, help us become more aware, wake us up, and make sure we have a great day! Stretching, or a good stretch session in the morning in particular, can really help rejuvenate our tired muscles and bones after sleeping. Join certified yoga instructor Cole Chance, as she leads this free beginners full body yoga class.

for a 10 minute practice - most of it is down dog (or some variation of it) - way too much supporting your upper body in awkward poses for a short program. first time i gave up on a short one.
It's a bit more intermediate than beginner, I felt, for those reasons you mention. Sometimes I play with vid speed, you could slow it to .75, but still would be working for those poses..... and btw the more often you practice, the easier this all becomes : )
