Hello my dear brother, yes you are absolutely right I think this lexus rx300 2000 has it least 2 bad oxygen sensors, air fuel retio sensor never been replaced many years it's very expensive denso brand about $360, oxygen sensor after CAT it's also bad but need a lot work to replace because it's welded in, no bolts, bolts were missing so I welded in before, I will also do smoke test, hopefully next few days if weather is warmer little because I don't have garage, thank you so much for great advices and help please keep in touch to help me figure out how to solve P0171, thank you again and all the best 👍 😊

Bro Stop being a part changer Scan and check your fuel trim first (LTFT) check if Bank1 and bank2 are both affected. ie reading lean or high numbers
