I use to own and operate my own company in RE 15 yrs ago. I gave it up after a cancer scare. Now I’m back, after losing our son 4 years ago and now my husband is testing to be put on a heart transplant list. I told him it’s time to retire and let me pay the bills. Tina, got to tell you, I've watched a lot of your stuff, and I've failed so bad the last 2 years, I had to get a full time job in corporate sales. Trying to get back to full time realtor as soon as I can close 6 deals. This video reignited my inspiration. Core value is financial and time freedom. Failed for so long, it's hard not to lose hope..... As bad as it sounds, you get used to losing. Then breaking through to winning again starts looking like an improbable task. Hi Tina, been following you for a while and I am leaning so much. If I may, when you doing the pre-qual call the day before, how do you go about cancelling the appt if you don’t think they are ready or serous about listing with you? Many many thanks.
You simply say "Mr/Mrs Seller, it sounds like we may not be a good fit at this time due to a/b/c. I feel it's best we cancel this appt and you look for someone who could better serve you :)

Tina, do you still recommend using Vulcan or should I use KvCore Lead Generating Sources like make it rain/boost?
A lot of different resources out there like Mojo as well as the two you list here. I would say start with what works for your 2024 budget and do it for at least 90 days straight. BUT, you have to REALLY commit to the process and stick to it to actually understand if it's a tool/resource that works for you!

You can get any of the calling systems/dialers like Mojo, Vulcan, Landvoice, Redx etc. Look at the video links and I have coupon codes for you
what about Canadian real estate agents?
Most if not all of these can be applied in Canada. Just make sure you're following local, state and national laws and regulations.
