Our goal here on our team is that we price our homes to get eyes, visitors and offers. We do not chase listings and overprice homes. All that does is create a situation where you have to reduce the price and the home stays on the market too long.
Why do we ask if they are gonna be interviewing more than one agent, and then we just say, "thats great" what is the psychology behind this question? Are we trying to find out if we have a better chance? what is the purpose of this sort of awkward question, Thanks.
She said she brings an agent report card for each agent they’re interviewing. It also helps you understand who you’re up against and at the appointment, you focus on your strengths. You’re going into battle. You need to be prepared.
This is pretty irrelevant in today’s market though with more inventory and hardly any multiple offers. This was more applicable in Covid eta. Good video though!
