Aaj se 10 saal pehle mujhe bahut dikkat thi sone me kyonki mind bahut chalta tha fir mujhe meditation ka pta chala ke vo shuru karne ke baad toh sirf neend hi nhi jindgi hi bdal gyi....raat ko bad pe sone se 10 minit pehle aap aaram se dhyan me bethiye kuch karne ki jarurat nhi kyonki sab vicharo ka khel hai isliye isko meditation se dur kiya ja sakta
