You did a great job. But, yes but. Etsy sells the stars in all sizes, and Amazon has a template for the stars to make the placement easier. They what I do. Oh one question. What size did you make the coffee n holder strip?
Beautiful work. I build scorched flags myself. Unfortunately, in San Antonio I’m limited to Lowe’s for my lumber and it’s either select pine, red oak, poplar or alder wood.
Thank you very much! I had to drive an hour and a half each way to get the wood for this lol, but it’s so much nicer working with good wood so it’s worth it
Impressive!!! I went to your website but before i fill up some of my info i just want to ask how much for it. I just want straight to the point. Thanks!
Great video. Several things I wanted to point out. If you get a laser, you don't have to hassle with hand cutting the stars therefore saving your hands (carpal tunnel syndrome). I have a laser which works for me right now. I know I need a bigger one but have to pay off the smaller one. Please try to wear a dust mask when sanding and cutting wood. Working repeatedly with wood and being exposed to the dust can and frequently causes health issues. I also wear goggles because I'm deaf and don't want to lose what vision I have to something that randomly flies out to hit my face but I wear my face mask at all times. I discovered that I had health problems after working as a cnc operator cutting fiberglass and wood that was going to be turned into lightweight aircraft cabinetry. Severe sinus infections plus pneumonia once.....repeatedly. My doctor said I had an allergy so I was going to change jobs but my company got bought out for the assets and everyone was laid off. I had to wear a mask at work after being diagnosed with the allergy.

Beautiful work!!! I make flags all the time and this gives me motivation to make one with exotic hardwoods for my living room!! Great video!
Thank you very much!
My goodness, the time involved for this. Both for the flag and the video editing.
Yes, it was a big project and took quite a while! Thanks for watching!
Great job, thanks for the hard work and not making us listen to electronic music!!!
Haha thanks for watching!
Absolutely gorgeous, great job
That looks amazing! I doubt I have the meticulous patience to cut out all those stars, but yours came out great.

You may have to look for speciality wood stores. They're in almost every town.
Looks awesome, thank you for sharing.
Thank you very much!
Great job. But damn. Cutting the stars is crazy

Just curious do the shelves stay very well with just glue?
Glad to see no cnc, I build fully by hand and its always better👍 🇺🇸
Thanks for watching! I agree, handmade is more personal
you can buy those stars at church house woodworks for about $3
Oh cool, I didn’t know about that company and just checked them out, thanks for the tip!
I use Dwood.net for some of my stars and depending on the size of your flag build he has a placing template for the stars.
How much would something like this go for?
Would like to buy one

Um, you know you can buy pre-cut stars right?
Yes, but they aren’t the right size and where’s the fun in that?!
You shoulda inlaid the stars 😜 😂😂
Ha! I’d still be working on it!
If you make more then one flag you can get a CNC Router starting at $300. Your time is worth more than that.
They have $300 CNCs now?! Who’s selling them that cheap?
Genmitsu CNC 3018-PRO Router Kit GRBL Control 3 Axis Plastic Acrylic PCB PVC Wood ... www.amazon.com/dp/B07P6K9BL3/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_c_api_i_MWmbEb39PSQ2
For $50 more you can get one with a Laser engraver
Oh wow, that looks pretty awesome. Thanks for the tip, I’ll definitely check it out!
Holy shit man, I was in 1/94 with you! How can I get in contact with you man? I been starting woodworking and would be awesome to catch up!!!
Hey man! How you been? I was going to say hit me up on Facebook but you already did that lol
What are the dimensions?
It’s 36” wide and 19 3/32” tall
What are the dimensions of the star? Looking at ordering the stars.
About 2 1/4” diameter
@@CarolinaCraftsman no there not that size would not fit on that size of a flag . they r probably one inch diameter
Good content please consider getting rid of the bad music. It’s distracting what you’re trying to show.
Thank you for watching!
I have checked many woodworking plan sites. I think the instructions from Woodprix are the best.
OK video on what to do but without dimensions it is kind of useless.
Could have gone without the annoying music.
