Thanks for editing the arrows in. Makes it easier to see the take. I like reading the water and guessing where the take is going to happen. I’m not always on the money.
Love your videos! Amazing that you haven’t fished for very long, yet you look like a natural! Great short vacations for people like me who don’t live near any trout water.
Now thats my kind of stream! I love the small water. Always fun to see how far up the trickle they go. I lose so many small fish myself. I think when they are small and light they can flip around and lever themselves off the hook. I think the weight of the "larger" ones helps keep them on. Cut throats in a stream like that are on my bucket list!
Awesome videos love you’re out there often. I’m new to Tenkara could you describe your techniques on how you fish your fly in a video soon? Or if you already have, which one? I’m new to your channel. Thanks for sharing
I'm curious about strike detection. How do you know you have a fish on? By feel? I thought maybe by watching the line, but I don't see a sighter. What is your method?
By watching the end of the line. If it suddenly stops or changes direction unexpectedly, there's a fish on. Strike indicators generally aren't used in tenkara. Thanks for watching.
You find the honey hole!

Well done!
Thanks Dale!

That's a good point about losing the small fish. Thanks for watching, Aaron!

Are any of the Creeks in Davis county any good? I love your videos they got me to try tenkara.
Farmington Creek is a lot of fun 👍
..I would fish there just for the sound of that water..
That's one of the best things about this kind of fishing. Very soothing.

You should say what kind of flies you use
I do. Check the video description.
You should say the name of these creeks so others can join in on the fun👍🏻
Nope. Part of the fun is finding the creeks yourself.
can you show some of your fly's please.
I recently did a video showing the rods, lines, and flies I use.
Is it in Utah?
Yes. I say so in the video description.
