That’s exactly why I’m listening to it!! I’ve hit rock bottom this week, I’m in a fight to not lose my farm cause I can’t get refinanced and my buddy just killed himself monday. This song has always been my go to in tough times and this version popped up in my feed this morning and I just keep replaying it over and over!! I always feel like I have god with me when I listen to it, there are so many outstanding versions out here now and it’s just incredible but this is one of my top 3 at least. Another very good band version is from Small Town Titans, I love the bass in his voice but he can also hit some incredible higher notes. This song always brings me peace and comfort and makes me believe it will be ok somehow! I will probly listen to this one at least 50 times today, it’s that good!! I closed my eyes and thought of Jesus. How he only loves and how hard that is. Sometimes i ignore him and can’t stand God for making what i see as chaos. I blame him for making me when i just want to be someone else. But honestly im blind. But only through christ can i see the light.
