  • An oldies by a goldie from 6 years back.
    Just me having a blast in the gym, pushing for a heavy incline press.
    180kg (396lbs) for 9 reps.
    Nothing fancy, just good old-fashioned lifting.
    Crazy to look back on these days.
    Hard to beleive this is still quite a bit down from my max incline press too.
    In 2008 I hit 220kgs incline for 8 reps two weeks in a row!
    The second week I tore something in my arm and that freaked me out from going that heavy again.
    I never tried to go that heavy after that but had plenty of Incline presses hititng the 180kgs mark over the years.
