Excellent choice on the Africa Twins team! They look fantastic! Love the styling. Utilitarian by design and reliability in it’s DNA. Even more fun times ahead. Woohoo!
I keep looking at the Africa Twin with the DCT gearbox but then think I would miss the Multistrada V4S. I might take one out for a test ride at some point, why didn't you opt for the DCT did you try both versions?
Yes, definitely! Especially the CB650R, such a smooth and easy bike to ride. Actually, the CBR650R is just as easy, I’ve had them both. Just depends if you want an easier riding position, if you do then the CB650R is the one. The CBR650R looks much cooler in my opinion though. Let me know what you choose 🙏👊😎
@mid.bike.crisis I'm leaning towards the CBR. I'm just watching your POV video with the fireblade, and I think your wife, is it? Is riding the cbr. I was considering the 600rr but I think that'd get me into trouble lol
@mid.bike.crisis I like the exhaust on the RR, plus it has adjustable suspension. But for a first bike I'm thinking it's a bit much. Once I get my full licence I'll test ride everything I like and make a decision
@mid.bike.crisis Err..OK. Enjoy the times you'll inevitably be washing the crud off your chain whilst any mates of yours with shaft driven bikes feel smug and quietly snigger at your plight. Enjoy your, 'AT'.😉
😂😂😂 I’m on my third AT, had the GS 10 months and don’t like it as much. Great bike if you’re retired and like mile munching but for me the AT is my secondary bike for the colder climates.

Enjoy your new bikes guys!
Thank you 🙏
Great choice of bikes
Thanks mate 😍
Our maccas is half that size her in Australia enjoy the bikes
I thought UK Mcd was small 🫣
I got rid of my harley after 10 years, and have started enjoying bikes again
I still love the look of a Harley but after buying 3 I think I’ve given up on them now. Are you UK based?
@@mid.bike.crisis yes, northern ireland
Yes brother! Welcome to the channel 👌
Good choice
Thank you 🙏
I’ve always loved the africa twin. Is there much difference between mine (21 reg) to the new one? Appreciate your reply
There’s quite a few changes, more torque, better graphics but the main one for me is tubeless tyres 🛞

I had a 2022 AT DCT, sold it after 4 months as I couldn’t get on with it. Manual is much better in my opinion
dealers must luv mugs like your pair
Hahaha what a delightful comment 😂
Congratulations on the new bikes. Im looking to possibly get a cbr650r or cb650r for my first bike, would you recommend them for a first bike?

Yes that’s Emma on her CBR. It’s a lovely bike. The 600 is higher revving, we owned one. The CBR is a quick bike but with added comfort

It’s all in the wrist 😁
Nice bikes
Cheers bro 👊
Gee. Picking up 2 new bikes and the stealership didn't even spring for a coffee 😮
We get well looked after, great guys at Miles
Take your word for it. Congrats on new bikes. Perfect hers and his. Look forward to seeing some shake down rides 👍
Cheers buddy 👌
I see neither have a centrestand. Mad on chain driven bikes when it is an option
My GS had a centre stand but I hardly used it
Yeah, but with respect, your GS has....shaft drive.
I think the gent was making a point regarding ease of maintenance on chain driven bikes.
Sold my GS and prefer the AT
@mid.bike.crisis Err..OK.

Dude you need to watch Dave Ramsey your about to have a financial crisis 😢
Why am I about to have a financial crisis? Do you know something I don’t? 🫣😂😁
Should be on a pole 😂😂😂
Bad wasn’t it 😂
Something you’d find at a strip club😂😂😂. Congrats on the new bikes!
She’s got a dirty mind 😂
Sorry, only understand about half of what you say
Watch the subtitles. Where you from?
Don't buy another harley
Haha thank you 🤩 I just need reminding 🙏
😂😂😂😂
Don’t you agree they are lovely looking though
@mid.bike.crisis yes are really beautiful and I have owned a harley Davidson road king but now back on a vfr 1200
Are you uk based? VFR is lovely ☺️
Harleys are shit bikes, overpriced. Love that Transalp! The AT is pretty too ❤
I love the look of them but the buck stops there
