We had ours installed in May, we already had disk. Drove 1100 miles to Miss afterwards and had some work down on slides. The tech raised the F/W to do some work and noticed one wheel wiggled when it cleared the floor. The caster nut was two complete rounds from being tight. Also when he went to remove the tire to check things all lug nuts were stripped. I was setting there watching the whole thing. I called and let Morryde have it. They were apologetic, and offered to pay for the work. I didn't care about that I wanted them to know how disappointing it is.
Wow. Guess it’s always a good idea to check things when you have work done. We’ve gone about 2500 miles with our IDS and no issues for us except a loose propane line but that was an easy fix. Maybe we should pull our wheels and check.
I'll never forgive them for how they treated my FIL. They had catastrophic failures on their trailer, within a few thousand miles of install(installed by them, at their shop in Indiana). They tried to refuse warranty, until he started blasting them on social media. They made him sign paperwork and agree to remove all of his posts, before they'd cover it. I'll never spend money on anything of theirs. They might can silence their customers, but not me.

I am envious of this IDS, I can only imagine how nice that must tow and travel. I like this a lot! Nice work @MORryde

Was there a difference in Height after the IS was installed, and if so lower or higher and how much?
Nah. We ended up about the same height. 11’8”
Does the work have to be done at this shop or are there MoRryde certified shops in the US where it can be done?
They have a few shops that are authorized but it will cost more. @NewHorizonsRV in Kansas does it and I believe a place in Washington state as well.
@@CampfiresAndMotors I had mine done at New Horizons RV in Junction City KS last year. They were great to work with and did an incredible job.
