Correct! They only receive the session attribution and also are passed to Big Query

Why is there two options in the ads section to build a UTM parameter? One in destination and one in tracking?

IDK, its really cofusing inside of Facebook.
But you should be able to build it using the Tracking parameters section which is the easiest to update .

I can see the UTM params tracking in GA4 but not real time data for today, just for the day before, is it delayed revenue? Is there a way to view today real time data for UTM tracking params? Thanks!

Yes real-time is delayed. The only way will be in GA4
