Getting my Rv6 DP/FP catted installed tomorrow, how has it been for you?

@@angelgutierrez3943 A tune isn't necessary but is highly recommended in order to correct the AFR (Air flow to gas ratio) to get the benefits of a bigger downpipe. You may get a CEL because the o2 sensor will detect more exhaust but can be ignored via KTUNER etc.
Edit: Been roughly six months and with hard pulls no issues, had a custom dyno tune before hand but never tuned again to adjust AFR and runs just fine.
Is the prl downpipe similar to the one from MAPerformce ? they both use Gsport also (the one I plan on getting map)

Hi im looking at the PLM downpipe for the Civic Si 11 gen. Do you think it gives the same gains as the PRL or 27won downpipe ?
Yes gains will be the same, wouldnt really notice or you can wait for ours which is going to be a game changer

i need help finding a good downpipe for my 2.0 accord 10th gen I was going to go with prl but they dont make it any more cause of some bs. what site can I still get prl or is thee fk8 rv6 ok
If you want the PRL one you can buy the TSP one on our site, its idential to that or we sell the RV6. We will be coming out with our own 2.0 downpipe but still about 3 month away

They won’t I called them to ask that question and due to emissions they stopped making downpipes.
Are the rv6 accord down pipe and fk8 down pipe identical? And are these rated for 500 whp?
Rv6 downpipe is for a type r but works on accord, tlx and RDX
I’ve been looking for a downpipe and I can’t make up my mind between 27w rv6 or PRL

EPA shut them down, we still offer the RV6 and our very own downpipe, also sell the TSP one which is a complete copy of the PRL one

@@axionind Thanks for the quick response. On their site it says that particular one doesn’t fit when I put in my vehicle info, but it also says it’ll fit 18+ TLX, so I was confused. Is there any downpipe you recommend over that one that will not cause a CEL?
As long as you have a K20c turbo engine you are good, TSP is the only one that wont throw a code

I use rv6 catted downpipe for my fk8, I also had upgrade HKS intercooler , I think is the air fuel ratio is right so it dosen't go engine light on😂😂😂

RV6 does not pop up check engine light, what are you talking about ? 🤦🏻👀
It won’t pass emissions on most states and yes it can throw a CEL, guess you have good luck
