I listened to this video and another while I was a sleep just for it to get into my subconscious a bit more. At first I resented the length of the videos but now I am really learning so much. The idea of silence at the onset of rejection resonated with me as I am usually quick to defend to react. I actually really appreciate the health tips too because I actually do eat a lot of the foods mentioned like blackberries and avocado 🥑 so it was great to know that I am on the right track with that.
I really resonate with Voluntary Austerity, It was one of the best thing that I ever did for myself for many years. That is when I learned how to be Grateful.

I actually agree with you so much. I feel like their videos were like that when I started following this channel. It might be time to look elsewhere.
