‘Respect starts with how you respect yourself’-that line gave me chills. It’s so easy to forget that people mirror the value we place on ourselves. Thanks for this wake-up call and the practical advice.

Ditch the “I’m Sorry” Habit (00:38-03:26).Unnecessary apologies weaken your authority and self-respect.Replace “I’m sorry” with confident alternatives like “Thank you for waiting.”Respect yourself first to earn respect from others. Thank you for sharing! I love your video so much!!!❤

The part about ditching unnecessary 'sorrys' really hit home. It’s amazing how much power we give away with those two little words. Time to start owning my presence instead of apologizing for it. Who else is with me on this?

This really hit home! Especially the part about ditching unnecessary apologies-it's so true that we often shrink ourselves without realizing it. Setting boundaries and embracing pauses are game-changers too. Can't wait to put these tips into practice. Thanks for such valuable insights!

Vry, effective Philosophical nd vry true lecture.I Would like to add sir if the whole world is our family them we r related to nd hv.relatioms with all the occupants of the universe. The purpose of existence will get defeated if we don't relate.we hv.to develop effective human relations.we need to develop relationships that r fulfilling, evolving nd that propel us to humanity. If we r able to satisfy the persons need we get positive response. In order to develop the effective human relations we have to to understand human behaviour which means we have to understand human needs. The person attitudes nd nd motivation to perform, including learning, interacting with others nd behaving in an appropriate way with others have now reached an outward looking concepts of life rather than egocentric, self centred attitude that restrains upward movement.Once this vry.important level is achieved the individuals r in effect at peace with themselves apart from the important content Sir u have mentioned in brief as a management professional in my opinion.Worthpraising lecture.Thanx for impressive tips.I think it is obviously important to keep these needd in mind when developing people skills nd using them in real life situations.Vry.Inspiring contents.Appreciated ur point of view.👍

This video hits home with the point about ditching unnecessary apologies-it's a game-changer. I've caught myself saying "sorry" far too often, and shifting to more confident language like "Thank you for waiting" has transformed how others see me and how I see myself. Definitely a practical mindset shift I'll keep applying!

True respect comes from a combination of wisdom, composure, and integrity-qualities the Stoics emphasized so deeply. Speaking with intention, listening more than we talk, and aligning our words with our actions can create an unshakable foundation for respect. Stoicism reminds us that respect isn't demanded; it's earned through character and consistency.

To speak with respect, Stoicism teaches us to prioritize wisdom, clarity, and intention in our words. Speak less, but say more, choose your words carefully and ensure they align with truth and virtue. Listen actively before responding, and avoid letting emotions dictate your tone. When you communicate with calm confidence and purpose, respect will follow naturally. Remember: your voice is strongest when guided by integrity.

Are used to be silent to people that disrespected me. And ignore them. Now I give them a taste of their own medicine and disrespect them right back. You get the picture silence is not golden. Silence is being a victim of these animals that constantly abuse you. And that’s a fact that I have learned in my life. You got expose the dirtbags that disrespect you. And that’s the only way people are going to know that their creeps and the phonies and then back stabbers and a lot of them commit fraud, and get away with it.
