    Could you imagine how the world would be if we were taught this at a young age rather than what we are taught. There would be much FEWER addictions, suisides, bullies, anxiety, depression, etc. We would actually treat people the way they deserve to be treated & we would be treated the way we deserve! I can teach this to my children and grandchildren & believe it's contagious! Stay blessed, y'all! How a wonderful, meaningful, & mindful day!, every day!!!!!!🙏🫶🙌👍

    I studied stoicism in college always applied stoicism to my life and listening to stoical messages each morning and at bedtime keeps me balanced and focused.

      I wish I would had a paid more attention in college to this teaching. I was so wrapped up in religious doctrine, though I wasn’t even working on myself. Really I was just working on spreading the word and at the end of it I nearly lost my mind until I start to focus on myself, and I do listen to this daily because it does help the soul

    I was a very frustrated and impatient person plus I let toxic people influence me and my life but since I started listening to these stoic principles I started to listening more we have to ears and one mouth so we should listen twice as much then talking. We have power over our minds not outside events this is so powerful know I have strength over many things that brought me down!

      Well it is helpful in a lot of ways but when you're dealing with the horrific abuses of personality disordered abuse, for example involving your children, or appalling lack of justice from national or local 'governance' due to the ever diminishing safety net in line with the all crushing 'interests' of the super rich, it does become hard to seek strength in this sort of advice.

Try REALLY LISTENING without judgement, then take steps to put the principles into practice. I guarantee your life will change. Taking action is MUCH more difficult than understanding, reacting and analyzing
