Sheepshead Catch and Cook - My Favorite Recipe for California Sheepshead

Recently went out fishing with @Fluent Fishing and @Pakkaa off of Long Beach and scored some beautiful eating sized California Sheepshead. Lots of talk on the cattle boats over the years about the palatability of these unique wrasse. They feed heavily on mollusks and crustaceans and offer a unique texture and flavor that I absolutely love.
Today I'm going to show you guys a super simple California Sheepshead recipe involving steaming them in a traditional oven! This recipe is fast, simple and maintains the delicate flavors of the fish.
