I have been catching a lot of sheep lately, and I gave one to a friend of mine who made this recipe. This is the best tasting Sheephead recipe I have ever eaten. Thanks for sharing. I will be using this recipe in the future.

Here from bluegabes channel. I live in Tennessee and don’t have access to sheepshead. Is there another fish you’d recommend doing this with? It looks great.
Sounds good, my wife just cuts the sheepshead fillet into small pieces and fries it, taste very good, but I don't get them very often, then again I don't dive as much as I like to, too much time at work, hope we can dive together again someday.

Basically any firm, mild tasting, white meat fish will work. The recipe is very versitile! Give it a try with a couple species and see what you like!

We tried them with Florida sheepshead and it was a hit! Super good
