Thanks for watching! I hope you all enjoy this recipe. It’s been almost a year since I started uploading recipes and it’s been a blessing to me and I’m sure it has been a blessing to you all. As many might noticed I mostly share transitioning Plantbased meals for now, which is a good thing because we all have to start somewhere. There’s a lot more in store for this channel. Besides the few technical issues I’m currently having I’m pushing through, so bare with me and stay tune for many more recipes. I appreciate the love and support. Feel free to leave your suggestions or concerns down below. Stay safe and bless up!
I just subscribed to your channel I love your recipes!!!as a fellow jamaican I wish you more success and blessings keep up the good things you are doing God bless
Looks good as usual. Have you always eaten plant based or did you transitioned into it over time? I've been pescatarian for 2 years now and feel the best I've ever felt. Don't miss the chicken, pork or beef A Tall. Still love my fish. Cant give up my Escoveitch snapper which is my favorite but I like your menu options.
Thank you! Not necessarily, I’ve been somewhat health conscious before going Plantbased and I did not transition. I made the change cold turkey. When I first started I was eating all raw ( fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds) for a few months. It was costly and so I started incorporating cooked meals. Thankfully I didn’t have any cravings for chicken, meat or fish. Thats good though that you’re pescatarian. In these days the less animal product consumption the better for our health.

Initially I did, but I’ve maintain a healthy weight for years now.
