  • Over the past few years I have been actively trying to find new ways that help me deal with stress and anxiety. It has been a crazy journey and I know i'm barley scratching the surface.
    Over the years i have starting to keep track of what works best for me, so now I feel I should share what I've learned in hopes that it will help at least one person out there! sharing is caring.

    This video was excellent! I want to encourage you to keep doing more research on healthy foods and breathing techniques to spread information on how to help people who suffer from panic attacks, Anxiety, and depression instead of getting into trouble with the Rangers. The Rangers are doing their jobs enforcing laws and San Diego Municipal Codes. Just to let you know there is laws that you cannot sell at the beach or in parks. Your business will not survive if you depend on that. Maybe you should start a business in health and help people with mental health issues.

      Thank you for the compliment and amazing input. You're right, this is what I want to do and Im going to start taking it more seriously.
      As for the ranger situation. we "were" able to vend on the beach up until the new ordinance came out last year. There is a law in place that says we can vend anywhere in the state included parks and beaches. The city decided to slap an unlawful ordinance over it due to the crazy things happening DT, not on the beaches. We make and sell art, and we just wanted to spread the love. But I am realizing that I can do that with my breath work and healing as well. so Inclusion, I want to say than you again for this little push I needed to continue on the healing path!
