Mocha Cake Recipe!
Dry ing.
21/4cup apf
3/4cup sugar
1tbsp baking powder
1tsp salt
Wet ing.
9 egg yolks
1/2cup oil
2tbsp coffee granules
3/4cup warm water
Meringue
9egg whites
1tsp cream of tartar
3/4cup white sugar
Frosting
1pack (225g) softened butter
1/2cup vegetable shortening
1can chilled condense
1tbsp melted chocolate
1tbsp coffee
