Dorman loaded magnetic struts save time and increase durability

Magnetorheological suspension systems, more commonly known as MagneRide suspensions, are a popular and expensive feature on some higher-end General Motors vehicles. Just like conventional suspensions, they wear out over time. Seals fail and springs get tired, and then the vehicle’s ride suffers.
Previously, replacing these magnetic strut assemblies was a time-consuming repair, and using a delete kit could lead to sensor issues that result from removing the system. Our Dorman OE FIX loaded magnetic struts offer a faster and more durable repair you can’t get from the dealer.
Our loaded struts come complete with top plates and springs already installed to speed installation. We’ve also engineered our struts with upgraded internal seals with a larger O-ring cross section that enlarges the seal surface area and improves operating temperature range for better durability. Unlike some other preassembled units on the aftermarket, this Dorman OE FIX loaded strut work exactly as intended, so there’s no need to come up with workarounds for the vehicle’s electronic after installation.

There's litterally a whole undiscovered market for magnaride cars, if only manufacturers could be something affordable for non magnaride cars such as for normal daily cars such as the japense or german ones which would totally be a blessing

DORMAN ID#949730 for 2016 sierra 1500 gmc denali - just some kind feedback, possibly please include OE replacement bolt fasteners at bottom of shock that match OE thread pitch? Maybe those included fit other models and that's why?

Why do they lock up... I first replaced them on my 2013 XTS... in 2021... because the front right original was not compresing so I bought all 4 ... almost 2 years later and now both front are not compresing they are stiff rock hard.. I can't afford to replace them thousands of dollars. Why is this happening.
