    Fantastic Marion. At last you have brought microwave into the picture..Brilliant at last you can prove the microwave is has good as all the ovens on the market. Please bring on lots more recipes. You could be a winner. No body has done before. It's about time we took the microwave more seriously. 🎉

    I make chilli crisp oil in the microwave all the time! I've told people and they judge me, so I'm glad you've showed it's an actual thing 😁

    Marion... You are a genius!
    I've come across so much original cooking content and ideas from you. And this is just another example!

    I do think that the microwave lends to less mess, but the extra five minutes you spend cooking traditionally adds so much flavor. I appreciate that you’re trying to get everyone to cook more, but your traditional cooking techniques are so brilliant.

    Came for the convection tips, but think those poached eggs might have to be tested out for breakfast tomorrow morning 😜 I bought a convection microwave after seeing you use one and not wanting a huge air fryer taking up kitchen counter space. It has been a joy and I often use the normal oven mode, but rarely the micro-grill combo mode. Might have to give it a go after seeing this 😊

    Very interesting poaching technique, I'll have to try it tomorrow. I poach eggs often, as it only takes a couple of minutes anyway, but yours did turn out nicely! Very useful video, as always

    When I make dishes with a peanut butter sauce, I add the ingredients to a glass measuring cup with minimal mixing- the peanut butter is still whole lumps from the spoons. I nuke the sauce for a minute and mix it afterward. It's lumpy at first of course, but after less than 30 seconds of mixing with a spoon it turns into a beautiful smooth and creamy indulgence which should be used immediately!

    Your microwaved poached egg immediately got my "like". Also, if you put a paper towel under and over Bacon absorbs the liquid fat & helps with clean-up

    Wow ! We never use the microwave for cooking any food, just to reheat. Now we finally just gave our microwave away. Got ourselves a wonder oven instead. This breakfast looks really good.

    I’d love a recommendation for a combination microwave cookbook. I don’t why ppl get judged for using a MW, if you live in a small space, a combi MW is excellent. I live on a houseboat, ditched the gas oven & cooktop - replaced with combi air fryer, combi MW and induction hob 😻

    1- why not just put the water slowly on top of the egg
    2- please tell me the temperature for the poached egg.
    Thank you, from Thailand

    Marion !! Hey Silly QUESTION But WHAT "temp" was the WATER you USED when 1st placing the egg INTO it , .. Before you STARTED microwaving !!!!!!???? AS you Never Stated it AT THE TIME , "Something you may want to put on screen as Little Note at the Bottom of the Page" ................

    • @micah1754
      @micah1754 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I would assume normal tap temp if she didn’t specify. But be good to know for sure!

    • @erikachalker7103

    Content creators in the US would have had to disclose this as a paid or sponsored video by Panasonic. Strange rules! Really like Marion and her recipes but dislike when she records commercials for products.
