  • Salmon contains vitamin A, important for immune function, reproduction, and vision; vitamin D, supporting calcium absorption and immune health; and vitamin B12, offering nervous system benefits and energy production.
    RECIPE
    Salmon - 200 grams
    Garlic - 4 cloves
    Butter - 40 grams
    Sprinkle some salt and pepper on salmon pieces and cook each side of it for 4 minutes in low flame. Add butter and garlic chopped over them during the end of cooking.
    It's done!!
