ACLU of Washington Suing Yakima County

The ACLU of Washington is suing Yakima County over failing to appoint attorneys to indigent people charged with crimes in the Yakima County Superior Court.
They are suing Yakima County, the Yakima County Department of Corrections, Yakima County Superior Court, and several other county officials on behalf of a class of people charged with crimes in Yakima who have not had an attorney assigned to their case.
