Matt! Long time no see! Glad I found you again. Let me just say that I am so impressed with the Tundra's these days in comparison to my former 2021 Tundra (which was sold, but I regret selling) that had absolutely no off road extras like the new ones. However, like many, are skeptical of Toyota's reliability as of late. I hope they figure it out and get back to solid, reliable trucks at an affordable price.

@@haroldbeauchamp3770 hey Harold, thanks for watching and for the comment! Nice to hear from you again! I have no doubt Toyota will figure out the reliability side of things. Probably won't be a million mile engine like the 5.7, but I have faith in Toyota. The hybrid is also a question but arguably Toyota has more experience in hybrids than anyone else.

Pretty impressed with the off-road traction control, especially when rock mode was engaged.
I also like the styling of the Tundra inside and out.
Does the rear window still roll down?

@@jarrodmcdaniel yup, I believe it's the last one to have that rear window. Good to hear from you again Jarrod!

Still no front locker and crap tires

The TRD Pro is more of a Baja design than a rock crawler (but definitely not a Raptor or TRX/RHO). It at least has a rear locker now, unlike the previous gen, and the brake based traction control is one of the best in the business.

Ppl like hybrid but not for me, I can't stand start-stop technology & a hybrid is that tenfold haha. Badass truck just not for me. I love my V-6 Tacoma TRD off-road 4X4 manual transmission. Fits in the garage, just sucks (for me) your Tundra gets BETTER ⛽ mileage that my Tacoma lol. Have fun in your new ride

@@honda116969 I don't like the start stop much either, but in hybrids it's not as big of a deal.the hybrid has enough power to get you moving off the line and the transition into turning the engine on is smoother. It is nice the Tacoma is offered in a manual for those that want it! This is just a media truck that I had for a week.
