    Incredibly helpful, THANK YOU!!! I just got the surprise that my link was missing on my 98 Buick Lesabre, on my way home today from the auto parts store (of all places). So I went back and purchased the part, but had no clue what I was doing since I'm no mechanic, but it looked simple enough that I could do it, except is wasn't that simple once I got the part and got into it. That's when I found your video which explained it all! A HUGE HELP! Thank you!!!

    Great video. Well done. Great visuals, to the point. Very helpful. Hope to see more content from you. I refer to youtube quite often before doing most of the mechanic work I choose to DIY & channels with lower subs/views in this range can be quite hit or miss. This, was a hit. Your channel has massive potential.

    Wouod it still be safe to drive 90 miles with both broken off ? Woupd be easier to do it at home instead of on the road

    • @tuffylegit45
      @tuffylegit45  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      I know of people who have driven that far with both broken (they tend to rust off in the climate where I live). When they are broken, you may notice steering to be more sluggish than normal, so drive carefully if you do. Yes, it will be easier to do at home, but it's probably doable on the side of the road.

    My bolt head broken off, how do I get it off without millimeter socket?

    • @tuffylegit45
      @tuffylegit45  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      If the head broke, it sounds like you just need to get the bolt driven or cut out of there. Maybe use a hammer and punch to drive the bolt out. Alteratively, you could maybe work/wiggle/turn it out with vise grips, or cut it out with a hack saw or grinder.

    Are the sway bar bushing easy to replace too?

    • @tuffylegit45
      @tuffylegit45  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Great question! Yes, it's not too hard to change the sway bar bushings, either. I think each of the two bushing brackets is held on by two bolts, and they are not too hard to get to. The rubber bushings themselves are split, so they will come right off the sway bar with ease.

    does anyone know offhand if you need cupped washers for the bushings or will the flat ones from the kit matching my vehicle year/model work just as well? i assume if its from the kit it should but the old ones and the ones in this vids kits are both cupped hence why i ask.
