    Enjoyed your review and usage of the Pressure Plate. I had just ordered one and was looking for detailed instructions on its use. One issue that I have worked on in the past, is rocking off the ball. A friend recommended the 8Board and I have used it for years. It is an amazing device which totally eliminates rocking, you cannot help but make a proper turn. After all of that said, I am curious if this pressure plate will help or hinder any progress made by using the 8Board in making a proper turn? Wondering if you had any comment. In the meantime, I will await delivery of the Pressure Plate. Cheers.

      Thanks for watching! I have yet to try that board, so I can't say too much. Does look interesting though, just checked out the website. Hope you have a great golf year!

    Does the board sit much higher than the ground? You’d be above the ball and not at normal level conditions right? Or does it come with a thick chunk of a mat to counter it

      It's a little off the ground (think of it like an adult teeter totter) and don't swing at 100% effort. But unlike other boards you can hit balls with it from mats or grass

    Thinking about getting this for my disc golf game. My weight transfer is absolutely horrible. I feel like this would still work!

    if they cut the price, I'd buy it. Seems like you could make one for a couple of dollars.

      Lol yea it's not the cheapest training aid that's for sure. Thanks for watching!

      It's a great product for sure - all about the fundamentals!

    It’s very effective, for the basic movement of transferring pressure. Not rocket science if you use your imagination, you can make something similar to at least rehearse the shift.

      I'm the least handy person ever so I probably could not haha but yea it's a great tool to help build a more consistent, repeatble golf swing

    This device won't change low point and cause fat shots now??

    • @UniversalGC

      Just the opposite. You will hit the ball first and your divot will be in front of the ball, which is what you want for solid contact.

    • @wickedsmartgolf
      @wickedsmartgolf  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      No it's great at getting ball first contact. It makes it clear if you're leaving your weight too far back and hitting up on the ball.

      I‘ve been a golf writer since 2017 and reviewed and/or tested endless training aids for my own game. Some are great (like this one) & others are absolute trash. Just sharing my experience to help golfers not waste money & get better at this game. Thanks for watching

    I bought this and turns out. I was already shifting my weight correctly and didn’t need the board lmao
