    Sir,
    as per your guidance im using Sooal oil's sabzi, from 2015.
    I am satisfied.
    I have seen some videos.
    IN 2009 there was pain in chest.
    After testing doctor reported IHD.
    Also high Bp.
    As per advise of doctor, started taking tab. Clopitab A 75
    &
    For Bp losartan 50
    Pain was continue.
    One day I have watched your one video, witch was
    2 hours & 35 minutes
    (190 mb).
    The video is about your program at Mumbai.
    After watching video I have Stopped consuming oil.
    And for support taken ayurvedic treatment, as per advise of Doctor.
    Triglyceride & cholesterol is now in range.
    .

    Recipe in the video:
    2:47 Add Jeera.
    3:00 Add Curry Leaves.
    3:05 Add Tej Patta.
    3:24 Fry on Low Flame until Jeera crackles.
    3:49 Add Onion Puree or Onion Cut.
    4:22 Keep frying onion. (If onion isn't well cooked, sabzi won't taste good. It is necessary to cook the onions well.)
    4:44 When onions begins to stick, add some water where it is sticking.
    5:16 When onions are half cooked, add spices (Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder).
    5:38 Add Coriander Powder.
    6:08 Don't let it burn, if it sticks, just add more water and keep frying.
    6:52 When masala is well fried, add Tomato Puree or Tomato Cut.
    7:51 Add Water after masala is almost fried.
    8:47 Add Mixed vegetables (Cauliflower, Green Peas, French Beans, Carrot).
    9:37 Add garam masala as per your taste.
    9:50 (Optional) Add curd as per your taste.
    Utensil: Either use a non-stick pan or use an aluminium pan with thick base.
    Note: I did not notice at what time the ginger garlic paste was added. If anyone notices, please let me know, I will update my comment.

    Amazing... The doc knows cooking inside-out just like a professional Chef does. He can easily open up a restaurant chain called : Hearty Saaol inc.
    He's got recipes for everything. He's taken on the challenge to protect the heart at "no matter what" cost. Deepest RESPECT SIR.

    Thx a lot sir. I made baigan sabzi instead of cauliflower and it tastes almost as good as with oil. I bet no one could find the difference between the two, just by visually.
    There's one thing I've changed. Instead of using a non-stick pan or kadhai, I used a pressure cooker.
    Initially, I used a kadhai because of the quantity I wanted to make but it was taking a loooong time for the onion to get properly cooked. I thought this would be so time consuming and would waste a ton of LPG. So, used a pressure cooker.
    It took like 15 minutes to cook the whole recipe and approximately 30 minutes for the other cooking requirements.
    I'm a male student and learned cooking just this year. So, depending upon your cooking experience it can take no more than 20-25 minutes for the whole cooking chore.

    Thank you for sharing! We need to be more health conscious, as Indian food is usually cooked in large amounts of oil or ghee. A vegan (dairy-free plant-based) oil-free diet can prevent obesity, minimize chances of heart attacks, and increase longevity! This is a step in the right direction.
