My friend was denied today without cause. She was asked 3 questions and all were answered "by the book". Then the examiner gave her back her passport and told her she could reapply. No explanation of any kind. This entire process is a fraud and the guy being interviewed in this video is the one in charge of this visa process. Notice they only give one name (Martin) in the video and it isn't even clear if that's his first or last name. I'm going to find out who this guy is and file a formal complaint against him. I urge anybody else who feels like they have been denied due process to do the same. It's shameful when they can't even follow their own rules. Right now I'm ashamed to be an American.

I am a retired military man with 22 years service to my country. I have a Filipino wife and Her daughter. we went to the U. S. embassy this morning for a six week visa . My wife has a job here and our daughter is enrolled in school here. we oun Land and a home here in the Philippines. if we had intentions of staying in the U. S. we wouldn't have bought Land and a home here. my wife told the guy in the interview all this. she had all the documents with her. the interview lasted about a minute. he asked one question. how long have we been married. when she told him Six months he handed her the denial form. it didn't matter what she had told him. how can someone be that cruel . my brother and sister are in their seventys and my wife and daughter was really looking forward to meet them. I have to go back to the states to take care of some business and was wanting to take my wife and daughter with me so that they could meet my family while they are still alive. I am very disappointed about this. I wanted to say something really bad about this but then what can you expect. its the same old stuff. no wonder I want to stay here in the Philippines

@@fullertepase995 , your best bet is to apply for an immigrant visa for your wife. The non-immigrant visa is more tricky, because the burden is high in trying to prove that you are not an intending immigrant. See INA 214(b).

This guy is only quoting immigration regs straight out of the book. I doubt he has any idea what actually goes on at the interviews. Notice he actually called one of the questioners a liar saying he doubted they were only asked 2 questions. I've watched many videos where rejectees say the same and similar. IMHO, many (maybe most) of thses decisions are made before the applicant even shows up for their interview. That would certainly explain why so little information is actually exchanged. This whole process is completely out of control. A single individual (consulate officer) should not have this much unchallengable, irreversible control over the lives of other people. If a person is rejected, especially for insufficient ties to home, there is zero chance of ever getting that ruling reversed....ever.

Can you please help me, I am a filipino iranian, and applied for a B2 visa, using my Iranian passport. I sent a document that the Consular officer asked me during the Interview (Jan 6 ,2017) , and have been informed that my passport is still at the embassy under administrative processing. I was informed by the officer that I'll have an answer within 2-3 weeks, but haven't gotten any. and I really need my passport. The help line of the embassy is no help, though they have created a case for me to have my application and passport to be escalated to post. I am anxious as though a filipino citizen I am not a resident here in the philippines and need to go back. How do you suggest I proceed?

I have to ask....why is it the southern boarder allows entry into the US and allowed government assistants. But a Filipino. who I might add served in the US Military are not allowed without a mountain of paperwork???

    • @jamesw7089
      @jamesw7089 5 ปีที่แล้ว

Ones that go through the southern border LEGALLY have to go through the same process as filipinos do. The ones you might be thinking of are the ones that sneak into the US ILLEGALLY and hide from law enforcement or hide in a sanctuary city. It's harder coming from the Philippines because you can't just sneak on a plane and sneak past immigration once you land in country.

Due to Covid 19 and flights were cancelled by the government of India and banned all outgoing as well as incoming flight were cancelled by the government of all countries. We want that unused visa be revived and reissued.

Hi how can I get a medical visa applied for from the UK approved as I understandably don't work or in education. Nor am I married or have kids or any assests to return to ie I'm not a homeowner
I brought along all my documents medical records, bank statement , birth certificates, clinic letter in the us stating theyre expecting me etc. But based on the fact that I was not in employment or education they believed I had no commitment to return to. (I applied march 2020 got my rejection/denied/declined letter end of October 2020 due to covid consulates were closed)
I'm now hoping to re apply or travel via and esta but was wondering how I can strengthen my case.
    1. I will be travelling with a parent (dad or mum) dad owns a home and mum is my registered carer
    2. I have £50k for treatment raised by gofundme and additional money in other account for living expense
    3. Would clinic letter help
    4. Does statements from local MPs (member in Congress equivalent here in the UK) supporting me reasons and vouching for me credibility.
    5. Having my previous employer state they would be happy for me to return to work and have job open should my health improve.
    6. Do I need to personal statement or something from my consultant /doc (other than medical records) showing they're happy for me to travel for treatment though they don't recognize the treatment as its alternative treatment and not conventional and by a private clinic
    7. Would the person coming along with me better if they're homeowner here with family ties ie leaving behind a wide to run the house or would I be better to take along someone who has a small business (opened a 1 half ago)
    8. Previously I said I may need to stay 5 weeks (all depends on the test results) but now being asked by clinic to stay 8 weeks, 3 weeks additional for the tests results to return and then they begin any treatment) would this matter.
    9. Previously both my parents who weren't working also applied fora visa to come along with me however this time round it will be me and probably my father travelling. My father is in part time employment and will just be accomodating me. Well both be applying via an esta instead of applying for visa but may get stopped at the borders as we've been declined/refused/rejected via before cannot remember which one it was
I would've initially travelled via an esta but applied for a visa instead based on recommendation of US embassy consulate who I was liasing with via email but turned out to be more problematic.
My first visa application was initially denied I believe I was given a letter to stating they need additional processing documents (I think 221G total guess) but then the consulates closed immediately due to covid (march 2020) and then once reopened I received a letter of decision rejected/refused/denied towards the end of October /early November 2020
    I would appreciate any help.
    Thanks
    Ps good work

Just sharing my recent experience on my approved BI B2 Visa, I was extremely happy and surprised that it took me only about less than 5 minutes for the actual interview by the Visa officer. What is surprising for me was, the officer didn't ask any documents from me to support my answers to his queries. The interview was smooth and spontaneous, though quiet formal in a way. My adrenaline shot up the moment the officer told me the magical phrase..."Welcome to AMERICA,"...THE greatest gift to myself spending Christmas with my HighSchool Classmates living predominantly around California...what a way to spend our high school memories visiting them in the US and on a Christmas Holiday at that. THANK you US
      EMBASSY for the Visa approval.
