Hello Ma'am due to covid the appoint schedule for visa interview was cancelled for the third time, now the passport is near expiry. What should i do? since the D160 contains the info. of the old passport. I processed the new passport already..pls help
one thing you didn't mention is. while in the waiting area be calm, read your papers and if your with your couple don't argue be loving to each other. they have cameras everywhere in the waiting area in lima. not sure about other places but im sure its the same

Hi, I have completed the DS-160 form online for my sister who resides in Iran. We chose the US Embassy in Armenia. After completing the form, I submitted the application, but I can not find the appropriate link to pay the visa fee online ( I am a us citizen and I wanted to pay it online here in California). Is a renewel different from the first time application. This applicant had a B1 Visa and it expired last year 2020 and lives on a US Territory and married to a U.S. National. Is there a different process?

Does it matter or will it highly have the chances to be approved if I am a seafarer who’s been in the United States for how many times for the past five years? Specially if majority of the ports are US? Including US ports that I enter and exit to during the joining and ending every contract that I have. Dear GrayLaw, for graduate acting program students who have completed their OPT visas, what options do they have after OPT? Are they eligible for O1 Visa or Green Card? What choices do they have?
Hi Rory, If you get a leading role in a major production, there is some chance you could get an O-1 visa. Otherwise, you may look into an H-1B depending on your degree. I am still receiving approvals for Production Analysts. You can also look into another F-1 program or short term, a B visa. The best bet is to start the Green Card process through family or employment while in school so that you have the Green Card fairly close to graduation. Of course, you need a petitioner.

Quick Tip: You do not need to submit ds160 before you book appointment, you can book appointment with ds160 number and you can still make modifications on your ds160 if you need to after booking appointments. You'll have to submit ds160 before the interview date.
But it's 1 month only.
