The idea of VAR is good, however, the tech is run by humans so it's just another level of errors added on top of the game.. It should not be used under its current state. Advice: Keep working on it but don't implement it until the system is well defined.
You didnt think to mention the fact that the Liverpool v Tottenham game wasnt a VAR error and was soley a ref error? Also Newcastles game winner wasnt out of play.
I watched the entire transcript released from VAR as well as the admission of error from PGMOL, so it was not solely a ref error, it was an error on everyone including VAR. The newcastle one is definitely arguable but i wont die on that hill. Without the specifics do you agree VAR is a little too present in the matches?
@@BuckFC i understand your point, but I would say that it wasnt really error in conduct as it was error in communication. The newcastle one was proven afterwards to be in so thats done and dusted. As for VARs involvment i would agree that it is involved in a few too many decision and also can take alot of time but atleast the time aspect will be improved later in the season.
VAR
Hopefully things get fixed!
This is very interesting! I’m not sure how I feel- it should work.
But I 100% agree with you
It should work. We will see if they make some changes

It’s definitely not where it should be. The human error seems to stand out so much. I think we need to see way less VAR for it to be most effective
