Mine ran absolutely TERRIBLE until I ran it for a good hour. It wouldn’t idle or anything but after breaking it in then it ran perfectly like this video. I actually crashed the plane and when I fixed the plane I took the engine apart to make sure there was no damage and I did a mild rebuild just because it was apart and it ran terrible again but after a good hour it was fine again. It also absolutely didn’t like running on the 4 stroke nitro fuel until it was broken in so I ran 2 stroke nitro fuel for the breakin period.

How do you remove low speed needle on magnum XL120
you should lower the fuel tank or raise the motor.carb should be above fuel line level of tank. you get better throttle transition.
You're right. I've since made a much better test mount and have elevated the fuel tank.
