Looks like your idle mix is to lean here. Look when you punch the throttle and open the carb fully, you kill it every time. I can’t tell in the video if you actually adjusted it?
Carburetor has a lot of problems leeks and just worn out so tuning it isn't easy Haha I did manage to doctor it up a little debt and it runs a lot better than in this video And I mentioned 8 years and was more like 18 years that this and it had sat all the all ratings in the carburetor were hardened up
Should raise his tank inline with the carb. These are great engines though, work for ever, like the Thunder Tiger .46 engines.

I had to locktight the flywheel onto my rc car becaus it kept comming lose
It happens also remember when you're using Loctite to clean all the oil and grease off the threads that makes it work better
