Hello. Do you mirror your image before cutting?

No, even though it does look mirrored from the angle of the video. With oracal, you don't have to mirror.

How long do these hold up outside?

If you use the sealant and keep it in a covered place (under a porch) it typically will last about 3-4 months

Yes you should be able to use Designer edition.

When using the oracal for the mats, you don't have to mirror.

Yes I seal with just a clear gloss sealant by Krylon. You can purchase at your local home improvement store.

How long it take to dry ? Or can we use heat gun to dry

You may use a heat gun but honestly, flexseal dries so fast its really not necessary.
