Great content I'm ready to invest but don't which avenue to take. I'm in the trucking industry but don't want to drive anymore I'm burned out. There’s so much dignity and respect to be an independent woman.I spent my 20s working and investing. Now I’m 31 and I have about 10 streams of income . Supporting my husband and kids and buying anything I want without asking anyone for moneys. Nothing gives greater joy than that. lots of women need to get to work no matter your husband’s or partner’s financial status.

@@angelmiguel133 I invest and trade financial market. It’s been very lucrative. With the profit I made over a year , I was able to buy a restaurant. But trading is not what you do without proper guidance. i have a broker who handles my trades because I'm always too busy managing my restaurant.
I can apperciate how she showed the real number she added to her wealth not some inflated click baity number. She's not making money fast or becoming a millionaire over night she's just showing us how you get to the finish line.
1.) Too good to be true, it probably is. 2.) Pay attention to peoples character. 3.) Get hands on help. 4.) Get accurate estimates. 5.) Don’t get too emotional. 6.) Don’t count on appreciation to save you.

One thing I still don't understand even from watching other channels, is when wholesaling what are the steps after getting a yes from a seller. From choosing title company to communicating when you find a buyer. If you could make a video on that! You would save my life right now

Quick questions: When you had a GC, electrician, and a plumber come out during due diligence, did you have to pay each of them to come walk the property? And how did you know to have all 3 come out? Did the GC advise for the other 2 to walk it as well?

This is great stuff, it's even better looking back to all those previous videos and thinking " oh I remember that and that". I haven't done my first deal yet but I have been attending meetups by one of my local lenders and they're having a seminar this weekend teaching how to do the whole process. The good thing about it is that you felt forward and didn't stop, keep it up

But it was good you actually did it because most of the time your first deal will not be perfect but what you learned during this deal is way more than you would of learned from any book.
