There’s so much dignity and respect to be an independent woman.I spent my 20s working and investing. Now I’m 31 and I have about 10 streams of income . Supporting my husband and kids and buying anything I want without asking anyone for moneys. Nothing gives greater joy than that. lots of women need to get to work no matter your husband’s or partner’s financial status.

Quick questions: When you had a GC, electrician, and a plumber come out during due diligence, did you have to pay each of them to come walk the property? And how did you know to have all 3 come out? Did the GC advise for the other 2 to walk it as well?

I haven't done my first deal yet but I have been attending meetups by one of my local lenders and they're having a seminar this weekend teaching how to do the whole process. But it was good you actually did it because most of the time your first deal will not be perfect but what you learned during this deal is way more than you would of learned from any book. Thank you for breaking it down like this. My first deal was also a headache with my contractor, similar stories in the rehab budget. I paid almost double. Where is this deal located? I agree Not to us a general contractor for everything…I am telling why/my experience and many others in my self-help book for homeowners and investors-coming soon- I think that man was his own contractor and possibly used some family and friends who had no clue…however. Great learning experience and you are still learning while earning 😊🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been following your channel from when you first started and I absolutely love your content. You put everything into perspective. I’m in the process of becoming a realtor but I also want to invest into properties for myself. I wanted to buy my first home (multi family) in the next few month but I don’t think that will be possible as I recently switched from a 9-5 worker to self employed and mortgage lenders are telling me I need 2 years of the same work history 😭. I’ll keep watching your videos and learning as much as I can so I’ll be prepared when the time is right 💯❤️
I’m sure you’ve seen her videos on FHA and allat. Maybe looking that route will help you find a lender who looks at total job history for consistent income as opposed to the same exact job. Good luck hopefully you can get shit done
@@nlfenom1son yea I’ve seen her videos and many others. But when I’ve reached out to mortgage lender but most say I have to have 2 consecutive years of W2 or 1099. But I remember in one of Lili”s video she said if one person isn’t giving you the answer that you want go to somebody else because chances are there’s people that do exactly what you need them to do so I’m just trying other companies at this point. I’ve never heard of allat but I’ll definitely do more research on it. Thanks a lot for your comment 😉
