    Hello, it would be important to specify the tightening torque of the bolts; could you tell me how much the cylinder head and nuts of the lower crankcase bolts and the upper crankcase bolts, thanks.

      isn't there a service manual available? alternatively, you could use the service manual of the Yamaha YFZ 350 Banshee Quad/ATV, which has basically the same engine. there a several manuals available in PDF format

    Is that assembly lube or oil in the black plastic squirt bottle? I have an R5 that will be having engine work done soon.

    What did you torque the cylinder head to? I developed a small coolant leak and would like to confirm

      According the manual: 24Nm (2.4 m-kg). I torqued it in two stages about the half for the first stage. The manual also states to -torque after the engine has run for the first time: "After installing the engine in the frame, start the engine and raise the temperature to 60degC then let it cool down and retighten teh bolts to specification". I still need to do that.
