I have a 94 fzr600 that ive had for 27 years. 85,000 miles on it now. Had the valves adjusted for the first time around 75K miles, and the mechanic said it was barely worth it to do. Thing still runs good after all these years.

Bought a 1994 just this week, this video will certainly come in handy! Cheers mate.

I have always loved 750cc bikes. I don't know why they disappeared the perfect size. I think it's was something to do with WSB class? Great build.

I rebuilt my FZX700 carbs and there were tiny o rings between the emulsion tube and main jet. They were blocking the flow. Are these supposed to be there or did someone put them there by mistake? It runs fine without them?

The piston seals kits for these calipers are becoming more and more difficult to find. Have resorted to using seal kits from other motorcycles.

replaced the head gasket. After reassembling everything, I noticed a coolant leak near the far left spark plug. I can't pinpoint the exact source of the leak. Is there supposed to be a plug or fitting in the port to the left of the first spark plug? I've examined the area thoroughly but can't find where the coolant is leaking from."

I can't get the carbs to seat back on. Usually slip right on. Is there something that typically that blocks the seating?

Trying to put back together. I changed that engine before, having trouble putting back. I pulled that bolt half out for some reason that hold back wheel on, now it won't go back in.

My friend I ve a Yamaha fzx750 with an oil leak at the point of the drive gear..my question is can I start the disassembly from the bottom of the motor so I can fix it or I ve to do it from up. thanks in advance
